This classic French dish as adapted by the discerning families of
Olde Smethwick, we use white Chardonnay in place of red wine
in this elegant tasty turkey casserole

CHRISTMAS BODFISH

An ample darne of fresh Scottish Salmon, poached to perfection
and served with fresh creamy prosecco & parsley sauce

LORDSWOOD STEAK AU POIVRE (£7 Supplement)

Rib eye, one of the tastiest cuts of beef, hand cut into 8oz steaks
then traditionally pan fried to seal in all of the juices, served with
creamed mushroom, shallot & red wine sauce

VICTORIAN VEGAN TARTLET

A vegan pastry base filled with tasty sautéed mushrooms, cherry
tomatoes, spinach and avocado, baked & served with fresh red
pepper sauce
