(This classic French dish as adapted by the discerning families of
Olde Smethwick, we use white Chardonnay in place of red wine
in this elegant tasty chicken casserole)

BEARWOOD BODFISH

(An ample darne of fresh Scottish Salmon, poached to perfection
and served with fresh creamy parsley sauce)

LORDSWOOD STEAK AU POIVRE (£7 Supplement)

(One of the tastiest cuts of beef, hand cut into 8oz steaks then
traditionally pan fried to seal in all of the juices, served with
creamed mushroom, shallot & red wine sauce or without sauce)

GEORGIANAS VEGAN TARTLET

(A vegan pastry base filled with tasty sautéed mushrooms, cherry
tomatoes, spinach and avocado, then baked & served with a
