Juicy boneless chicken sautéed with leeks & baked in a short crust base topped with creamy leek infused mashed potato and a puff pastry lid.

Elgars Chanson Du Matin Pie (Vegetarian)

Flat field mushrooms picked from the foothills of The Malverns cooked with spinach & white truffle oil topped with creamed parsley mashed potato.

Vee For Victory Pie (Vegan)

Completely vegan, this pie is a winner, we combine spicey cauliflower, lentils and spinach with dairy free pastry & top it with olive oil mashed potato & its pastry lid.

Tartlet of the Château d'Oex (Vegetarian)

A Swiss delicacy made from combining Gruyere cheese with caramelised red onions, baked in a pastry pie base then topped with a freshly grilled rustic cheese crouton.
